As a Team Member, you will find the accomplishment of your goals is our top priority. As we tick marks off your checklist, we will, together, re-evaluate and set new goals to strive for. From sprint triathlons to Ironman races, 5k’s to marathons, we have worked with and helped athletes, whether they are looking to get a grasp on the sport or trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
We’ve seen some dramatic improvements from hard work, including long workouts and speedwork. There is no shortcut, but the path is certainly easier when you’re focused on the proper training, maximizing the benefit to you as an athlete.
Our Coaching Services
We have worked with athletes working on their first tri, to those who have done multiple Ironman and 70.3 races. No matter what your ultimate goals are, we can help you get the most out of your training.
We will make a customized plan to improve your weak spots while making you a better overall athlete, so you’re not leaving anything on the table. We will work with you to get the most out of your training schedule, as limited as you may be, time-wise. With the right workouts made just for you, you WILL get faster, a lot more quickly. Life Balance
In addition to coaching, training, and racing, we also live the daily struggle to maintain balance in our lives between competing obligations. With two young children at home, we have learned firsthand how to share family responsibilities while keeping our training at a competitive level, all while keeping our children and family life our top priority. We've fought the fight, and we want to help you!
