We have worked with athletes working on their first tri, to those who have done multiple Ironman and 70.3 races. No matter what your ultimate goals are, we can help you get the most out of your training.
We will make a customized plan to improve your weak spots while making you a better overall athlete, so you’re not leaving anything on the table. We will work with you to get the most out of your training schedule, as limited as you may be, time-wise. With the right workouts made just for you, you WILL get faster, a lot more quickly. Life Balance
In addition to coaching, training, and racing, we also live the daily struggle to maintain balance in our lives between competing obligations. With two young children at home, we have learned firsthand how to share family responsibilities while keeping our training at a competitive level, all while keeping our children and family life our top priority. We've fought the fight, and we want to help you!
We offer two levels of coaching, both of which require a start-up fee of $100 (we will be doing a lot of upfront work as we customize your plan).
We also host a weekly workout for all team members.
Silver Training Program ($75 per month)
This plan is for the athlete that is looking for a basic, customized training plan, whether it be for a goal race or for general training, including the offseason.
Silver Members receive customized, periodized training plans that fit into their unique schedules and focus on their goal races.
Team members will have up to two team member-initiated communication per month.
Workouts will include periodic testing to check progress and set training and race zones/paces.
Training plans will be based on both heartrate and pace, and use of a power meter optional.
Gold Training Program ($200 per month)
For the athlete that is looking for the complete coaching solution, this plan offers everything in the Silver plan plus the following:
Plan will be reviewed/adjusted weekly.
Heart rate, running paces and power zones will be reviewed and/or tested monthly.
Team members will have unlimited email contact and one team member-initiated phone consultation per week.
Much more, including the following goal planning, race strategy, nutrition strategy, and focus on performance limiters.
